Erica is confidently able to support programmes and projects with a multitude of varying administrative tasks and programme office functions. Erica brings significant experience and strengths from her background of operational and investment accounting roles within the international banking sector. Her most recent work as part of a PMO team working on IT/change programmes, implemented for the NHS, has added healthcare as another industry area of expertise.
